Q1- How can I place an order?

Answer: You can place an order as a guest by simply following the below steps;

  • Open Eezy.com.pk website OR download Eezy App.
  • Put the items to the shopping cart.
  • Click on “Proceed to Checkout”
  • Enter the below necessary information;
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Contact Number
    • Email ID
    • Address
    • City Name
    • Select your “Payment Method"
    • Click on "Place Order Now"
    • Your Order number will appear on your screen. Happy Shopping!

OR

You can also place an order as a non-guest by following the below steps;

  • Open Eezy.com.pk website OR download Eezy App.
  • Click in sign up.
  • Fill all the required information.
  • After entering all the information you will receive a confirmation email and by clicking on the link in that email, automatically you will be redirected to Eezy website in logged in state.
  • Put the items to the shopping cart.
  • Click on “Proceed to Checkout”
  • Confirm the order details and select your “Payment Method"
  • Click on " Place Order Now "
  • Your Order number will appear on your screen. Happy Shopping!

Q2- Can I place an order without creating an account?

Answer: Yes, you can choose to checkout as a guest.

Q4- What are the benefits of getting registered / making an account on Eezy?

Answer:  There are multiple benefits of getting registered / making an account on Eezy:

a)      You can make your Eezy list. Eezy list let you create department wise list, and you can share this list to you friends. You can easily add or remove items from Eezy list.

b)      You can place a subscribed order. Subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel. Subscribed order offers you the convenience of automatic deliveries on weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. You can subscribe any item as per your own choice.

c)      You can also have a look at all of your previous orders.

d)     You can place the same order without surfing on website, by just clicking reorder tab under “My orders” head.

e)      You can have your stored payment methods.

f)       Personal Promotional emails, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting we will send it to you by email.

g)      You can give reviews about our products.

h)      You can receive our newsletter subscriptions.

Q5- Do I need to submit any private information while registering?

Answer:  Eezy only requires you to submit necessary information such as name, address, phone number, and email address.

Q6- How can I add/change/delete items in my order after I have placed it?

Answer: You can add/change/delete items only if the order is under processing. If you just want to add/change/delete any item from the shopping cart wait for the confirmation call of Customer Service department and they will edit your order as per your requirement. If you didn’t get a call within 10 minutes then simply you can make a call on 111-11-3399 and ask the Customer service department to make the changes in the order.

Q7- How can I cancel my order?

Answer: The order can only be cancelled if it is still under processing. For order cancellations you are required to immediately contact customer services through live chat or by writing to us @ [email protected]. You can also call us @ 111-11-3399 (Eezy). But if the order has shipped then it can’t be cancelled, you have to submit a return request in this case.

Q8- How many types of payment methods are available?

Answer: The following are the 4 types of payment methods you can choose any one of them;

  • Jazz Cash
  • Easy Paisa
  • Cash on delivery

Q9- What are the shipping charges?

Answer: Within Lahore for express & schedule order the shipping charges are fixed and same for every zone. But outside Lahore it depends upon the weight of the product and distance where the product has to be delivered. Depending upon the type of order, shipping charges are mentioned below;

Q12- What cities do you deliver to?

Answer: All cities of Pakistan!

We are delivering perishable items only in Lahore and Non-perishable items anywhere in Pakistan.

Q10- What if I didn’t get any order confirmation call/email after the successful processing of online payment?

Answer: If you didn’t get any confirmation call/email then you can drop an email to [email protected] or you can call us on 111-11-3399 (Eezy) so that we can get in touch to look into the matter.

Q11- What if I didn’t get my order on time?

Answer: If you didn’t get your order on the specified time you can simply call to customer service department on 111-11-3399 (Eezy) or you can reach our team 24/7 under [email protected] and ask them to check the status of the order.

Q13- Can I have a scheduled delivery?

Answer: Yes, you can always have scheduled delivery. You can select the date and time slot as per your convenience.

Q14- How can I avail my discount coupons?

Answer: Discount offers and coupons can always be availed at the time of checkout. You will have to enter your coupon code at the checkout page. In case of any issue, you can always reach out to us at 111-11-3399 (Eezy) and our customer representative will guide you through the process.

Q16- How can I change my shipping address?

Answer: You can change your shipping or billing address by clicking on “Edit Address” under “My account” tab and then you can save it for future.

OR

When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you will have the option to add a new shipping address.

Q17- What if I am unable to find a product?

Answer:  Eezy is a growing online store that accommodates our customer needs. If you are unable to find a product, please feel free to reach out our customer support via live chat and we will make sure it is arranged duly.

 Q18- What if the order has defective products?

Answer:  Eezy makes sure that all the products delivered are fresh, valid, in good condition and best for use. In case of defective delivery, you can always reach out to us via customer support at 111-11-3399 (Eezy) and have your order replaced.

 Q19- What is the process for a refund in case of cancellation or return?

Answer:  In case if you are not satisfied with the products, you can cancel or return your order. We will get the products picked from you and your amount will be refunded. Following are returned & refund Policies:-

Within 7 days replacement only in case the order arrived is Faulty/Broken or incorrect, it qualifies requirements for a free substitution, given the same item is available in stock. If a comparable thing is not available, a refund will be issued.

Q20-How will I know if an item in my order is unavailable? 

Answer:
 In case a product is unavailable after the order is placed, you will be informed via call and after that, you may order an alternative product or may cancel the order.

Q21- Will somebody contact me before delivering the package to my location? 

Answer:
 You will only receive an order confirmation call from the customer service department, and after that when rider will be 5 minutes away from your location then you will receive a ping notification that your order has shipped. When rider will be on your location then you will again receive a ping notification.

Q22- Why I am having trouble placing products in the cart? 

Answer:  If you are having trouble placing products in your cart, please make sure that you have made all relevant selections. If you still have problems, Please get in touch with our Customer Support Team at 111-11-3399 (Eezy) for further help in this regard.

Q23- Does Eezy use third party delivery services?

Answer: Eezy has its own fleet for deliveries in Lahore, but outside Lahore we are using third party delivery services.

Q24- How do I see special offers?

Answer:  You can see all of our Promotions, and special offers on the Home page of Eezy website. Moreover if you have subscribed with Eezy then you will receive an email from Eezy whenever we will introduce any new promotion or special offer.

Q25- How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make online payment?

Answer: If the order is express able then it will be delivered to you within 60 minutes of payment confirmation from the bank, and if the order is non express able then it will delivered to you within 3 hours of order confirmation.

Q26- I want to order products in large quantity as a corporate order, what to do? 

Answer: You can write us at [email protected] for corporate orders. 

Q27- Do you deliver on Public holidays?

Answer:  Eezy does not deliver on public holidays at the moment.

Q28- What are your operational timings?

Answer:  Our operational timings are from 8 am – 11pm.

Q29- Is Eezy present on social media?

Answer:  Yes, Eezy is there on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
