ISSUANCE OF REFUNDS

If your product fulfills the conditions for return, you can select your preferred method from a list of refund options given below. Please note the refund is inclusive of shipping fee and order amount for the product returned.

Selection of refund method will determine the time for refund completion. Once your product has been received, it will undergo a quality check. On passing the quality check, the refund is completed in the given below timelines.

Refund Conditions & Requirements

For Debit Card or Credit Card: If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by EEZY, please contact your personal bank.

For Mobile Account: If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your Mobile account statement after refund is completed: 

i) Please dial 4444 from your JAZZCASH number or 051-111-124-444 from any other number to contact the JAZZCASH help center. 
ii) Please dial 3737 from your EASYPAISA number or 051-111-345-100 from any other number to contact the EASYPAISA help center.

For Bank Deposit: The bank account details provided must be correct and the account must be active and hold some balance. Do not provide account details of Basic Bank Account (BBA).
